Chris Zuzick is a shareholder and the Managing Partner of Spire Capital Advisors LLC headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Chris leads a team of advisors providing M&A Advisory and Investment Banking services to small businesses with revenues between $2,000,000 and $15,000,000.
Chris began his career in 1987 in the manufacturing industry, holding senior management roles and demonstrating consistent capacity to increase sales, boost profits, and direct efficient operations. In 1999, Chris took a vice presidency with an M&A firm assisting privately-held enterprise companies. From there, Chris served as principal with the M&A division of a large, full-service accounting firm. In 2003, he established his own practice to provide lower to mid-market business owners with the same depth and quality of service found in larger M&A firms.
Chris is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) with the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors and holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
He lives in Sussex with his wife and four children. A coach and board member with the Sussex Soccer Club, Chris is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth-Wisconsin, the Downtown Milwaukee Rotary, a board member of the Tri-County YMCA and is the past Chairman of the Sussex Economic Development.
Todd Manderfield

As a Vice President with Spire Capital Advisors, Todd brings an established background in sales and marketing within the manufacturing and construction industries. His focus is providing M&A advisory services to businesses within these industries. Todd’s approach is advising a select number of clients to ensure the dedication and attention to detail that each client’s business deserves.
In 1994, Todd earned his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After graduation, Todd joined a manufacturer of specialty lighting products, headquartered in Milwaukee. He held various roles within Marketing, Sales, and Regional Sales Management.
Todd moved into the manufacturer’s representative channel and in 2002, joined a newly formed agency and helped establish the firm’s Milwaukee office. In 2004, Todd worked for a national electrical wholesaler where he had project management responsibilities for a number of high profile construction projects.
Todd is a member of the Chicago/Midwest chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He also serves as a member of the Muskego Economic Development Committee.
Greg Larson
Shareholder/Partner
Greg is the Managing Partner of Cedar Tree, LLC Investments. Mr. Larson was employed by DEMCO, Inc. of Madison from 1984 to 2001, including service as President/CEO from 1989 to 2001, following earlier service as Vice President of Marketing, and as President of Demco Media Limited Partnership in 1991. He is also a Director of The Wisconsin Cheeseman and of Anchor Bank SSB, both of Madison, and of Myron Manufacturing Company of Maywood, New Jersey.
Previous affiliations include: Director of Wingra Technologies, Inc. and Meriter Health Services both of Madison, Director of the Bank of Milwaukee, and Director of Milsco Manufacturing Company, Milwaukee, his family's business where he was involved with the intergenerational transfer decisions that resulted in the sale of the ownership in 1996. He has been Chairman of the National Business Direct (Mailers) Group and also served as a Director of the United Way of Dane County and as Campaign Chairman.
Greg received a B.S. in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1972, and his Executive M.B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1981.
Terry Sivesind
Shareholder/Partner
Mr. Sivesind is an experienced entrepreneur who has co-founded and been a member of the senior management team for several biotechnology companies in Madison including Promega, PanVera and Mirus Corporations. Terry brings his background in business development, marketing, and general management to Spire.
Terry has been a part of the Madison-area biotech industry for more than 20 years. His career began at Ohio Medical Products, which eventually became Datex-Ohmeda, and is now GE Healthcare. He also serves in various management positions for four biotech start-up firms as well as an investment firm that connects financing with the life science entrepreneur.
Terry has a reputation for start-up success specializing in the biotech arena. Terry is co-founder of Wisconsin Investment Partners, an angel investor network. He holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
